plague runner

The product that I am making is an game prototype. the genre that I am doing is an endless runner, and the alternate history that I am doing is set in medieval England, around the time of the black death, but in my timeline the black death mutates and becomes more powerful, this is because of the ongoing wars , which leads to a post apocalyptic landscape where nothing survives.
